Robert Benedict

Mr. Benedict, Chairman of Unicorn Solar Development. His function is to help build all areas of the company while using his years of experience to increase sales and develop solar projects. Recently Robert resigned as Vice President of Sales Americas for RECOM. At RECOM, Robert was responsible for increasing sales and developing the US market through the team he developed. During his professional career, he worked within three (3) industries, which include consulting, software, and energy (solar PV). In the last seven (7) years, he increased sales in the Americas by 50% each year averaged over the seven years. He trained and hired the sales team for RECOM solar. He is exceeding sales goals every year. Before RECOM, he was Head of Business Development Jinko Solar for two and ½ years.

Mr. Benedict started his career in management consulting at Arthur Andersen Consulting. Years later, in his career in management consulting, Mr. Benedict rose to the top of his career area as the Sr. VP of sales and marketing for Gulf Pacific. His knowledge of sales and sales management is extensive, having spent 15 plus years training different sales and consulting teams. While at Gulf Pacific, he was instrumental in increased revenues by around 30% gross sales and 12% per year net profit when averaged over his career. Industries, where he has extensive experience, include the following: Consulting, Software, and Solar, previously he was a contract writer for the San Francisco Examiner for eight years. He wrote for the Business and Finance section, mainly writing about the solar industry and speaks at some conferences conference.
